Location: Dublin
Salary Range: €90,000-110,000

My client is on the lookout for a Senior ML Engineer to join their fast-growing and high-performing Data & AI team. The successful candidate will take ownership of designing, deploying, and scaling machine learning solutions across the product ecosystem. You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to turn cutting-edge research into robust, production-ready systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Proven track record deploying ML models into production at scale (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, MLOps).
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, distributed systems, and model monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, reinforcement learning, or real-time ML systems.
